Holy ballz, these are good!

One of my nutrition product customers told me that she's not really a smoothie drinker and was intrigued by the ways I use my plant protein powder. Using it to make snacks is a great example, These protein balls mix up in a flash in the food processor and keep really well in the freezer. I don't snack before bedtime, and I work out first thing in the morning, so I usually wake up really hungry. One or two of these (it depends on how big you make them) is plenty to curb my hunger and lightly fuel my workout.
